TAKE THE FIRST STEP


 

It all starts with a 15-minute Discovery Call. We’ll ask a few questions about your health history and goals, and determine how we can best help.

After your call, we’ll schedule your Starting Point Session. During this initial appointment, we’ll provide a quick tour of our private facility, introduce you to a few members of the team, discuss your goals in detail, guide you through a short intro workout, and put together a plan of attack to get you feeling your absolute best.

PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS

 

 
 

1-ON-1
PERSONAL TRAINING

Work with us 1-on-1 to emphasize your individual goals and give you the highest level of attention and service. Offered in both 30 and 60-minute sessions, training 1-on-1 is the most targeting and effective approach to reaching your health and fitness goals.

 

 

SMALL GROUP
PERSONAL TRAINING

Train alongside friends, family members, co-workers, or other like-minded adults as you progress toward your individual goals within a supportive group dynamic. Small group training sessions are 40-50-minute sessions and have a max of 3-6 people.
