PERSONAL TRAINER & COACH

BACKGROUND

Growing up, I never saw myself as an athlete. It wasn't until 2016 when I took a chance and joined a HIIT gym when I was living in Chicago, IL. Little did I know how transformative that small life choice would be! For the first time, I was surrounded by a community of coaches and friends who pushed me to become the best version of myself each and every day. It was a community where we cared for each other, celebrated each other's successes, and supported each other through all of the adversity. When I moved back to Minneapolis in 2018, I was unsure if I would ever find a gym community like the one I found in Chicago. I was lucky enough to find SOTA back in January of 2020 and I haven't looked back! I'm grateful to have found another community where genuine and meaningful relationships are at the core of all that we do.

VISION

As I've continued on my own personal fitness journey, relationships have been at the foundation of it all. I'm here today because of the countless people who have believed in me, pushed me, and supported me. As a member for over two years, I've loved knowing that I get to walk into a community that knows me and wants me to become the best version of myself each day. What a gift to hopefully do the same for others!

EXPERIENCE

In addition to the six years of attending HIIT gyms and learning from the best of the best, I am earning my personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. This fall, I will begin my 10th year of teaching little humans-- first graders to be exact!
